The maintenance work will be carried out in phases in the following areas: Crab Restaurant will be closed for Roof Improvement – From 09 May to 09 June 2018 Steak & Kebab Restaurant will be closed for ceiling repairs – From 11 June to 30 June 2018 Tranzcend Bar will be closed for ceiling repairs – From 01 July to 20 July 2018 Lobby will continue to be operational while undergoing ceiling repairs– From 10 July to 10 August 2018 Pool area will continue to be operational while undergoing flooring work – From 09 May to 07 August 2018 Main Balcony will undergo routine painting – From 09 May to 07 August 2018 Whilst we will certainly do our best to keep the disturbance of the ongoing maintenance work to the very minimum, we wish to apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause to your guests. As per the hotel child policy, children aged 12 and under are entitled to the child rates when sharing a room with one or more paying adult(s), using existing accommodation. Children above the age of 13 will be treated as adults and the standard room charges will apply. In the event children above 13 years have been incorrectly billed at the point of making a reservation, this will be identified and amended at the hotel in order to reflect the applicable adult rates.
