Самыми явными достоинствами этого отеля является безупречная чистота и то, что коктейли здесь относительно недорогие. А в целом никакой это не четырехзвездочный отель! Многие моменты все еще нуждаются в корректировке: обслуживание хорошее, бармены услужливые; еда так себе; не все сотрудники доброжелательные, многие вообще не умеют улыбаться; во дворе было грязно; спа несовременный и слишком дорогой.

Это очень современный отель. Сотрудники были очень дружелюбны и полезны, они помогали нам во всем. Главная жалоба касается кондиционирования, которое первоначально не было включено. Позже систему кондиционирования включили, но температуру воздуха в номере регулировать было нельзя. Отель очень удобен в плане доступа к транспорту, так как рядом расположена автобусная остановка. Здесь есть возможность взять на прокат велосипед.

Превосходное расположение – мы на Fallas ходили пешком, да и к центру идти всего минут 25, а прямо возле отеля находится автобусная остановка. Также стоит сходить в Oceangraphic (мы провели там 6 часов!), идти туда и того меньше – всего 15 минут. Мы опоздали на первое шоу дельфинов, поэтому пришлось ждать следующее шоу. Там очень весело, и обязательно возьмите с собой камеру. Билеты мы купили прямо в отеле – так дешевле, плюс не надо было стоять в очереди. Возле отеля находится также очень хорошее кафе – завтракали мы там.

Чтобы открыть окно, нужно было идти за ручкой на ресепшен (своей ручки в номере не было – тупо!) но если опустить этот момент, то номер был замечательным!
