нам очень понравилось месторасположение отеля: совсем близко ко всем достопримечательностям Толедо. Номер, в который нас поселили изначально был очень маленьким и тесным, но нас переселили как только мы попросили. Там было намного лучше. Персонал на ресепшн очень доброжелателен, приветлив и всегда готов помочь.

завтрак ниже среднего: кофе подавали в небольших термосах, апельсиновый сок не свежевыжатый (и это в Испании!!!!!). официанты очень невнимательны. Даже не предложат самого минимального разнообразия. Можно было бы предложить например разные виды яиц (яйца пашот или всмятку). Бар очень изолирован и персонал крайне недоброжелателен и очень маленький ассортимент напитков (нет даже коктейлей).

Прекрасный отель! Персонал хорошо разговаривает по английски и оказался довольно полезным для нас, особенно при выборе направления для посещения города и ресторанов. Наш номер оказался элегантно оформленным и комфортабельным. Здесь было все необходимое для комфортного проживания. Вечером, нам подавался прекрасный ужин, в ресторане отеля.
