туалет не работает должным образом, нет звукоизоляции, а место не очень мирное и тихое. Менеджер допускает вечеринки на ресешне до часу ночи, и несмотря на то что это на первом этаже, слышно очень хорошо. Постояльцы в соседнем номере начали стучать по полу, чтобы внизу успокоились, но реакции не последовало, а для нас это был лишний шум. Звонить вниз, это вообще лишняя трата времени. Не знаю зачем там нужен телефон.

В целом отель хороший. Номер был маловат, но место расположения отеля - замечательное. Не пытайтесь добраться туда на машине! Отель находится внутри района Santa Cruz и GPS понятия не имеет, где это. Улицы маленькие и узкие. Но место очень красивое.
