Check-in to the apartment is done from 15:30 to 19:00. Check-in between 19:00 and 21:00 carries a surcharge of EUR 25. It is not possible to enter after 21:00. A security deposit of EUR 250 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. Cleaning fee is mandatory. Bed linen is not included and carries a surcharge of EUR 10 and towels carry a surcharge of EUR 5 per person, per stay. Please let the property know if you will need bed linen and towels. Complaints about the cleanliness of the apartment upon arrival must be made before 19:00 Check-out is at 10:00 and keys must be returned at the office. A damage deposit of EUR 250 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
