Обслуживание и оборудование замечательные. Очень любезный персонал, помогал все время, приветлив к детям, взрослым и собакам. Очень мила атмосфера - красивые сады, прекрасное спа, возможность посещать занятия по фитнесу, общие зоны красивые и удобные, там можно присесть и почитать. Бесплатный вай-фай в номере - это просто необходимость, особенно, если у вас заранее не было времени спланировать путешествие и у вас дети. Очень хороший шведский стол на завтрак.

Пища в ресторане по вечерам ( праздничные ужины) разочаровала. Хорошая идея в том, чтобы каждый вечер играла музыка, но то, что я слышал было уже не актуальным и скучным. Заведение выиграет, если группы будут более энергичные ( могут играть национальные испанские и каталонские мотивы, ранний рок-н-ролл).

Я посетил данный отель лишь в августе и считаю, что оказался прав выбрав данное место для отдыха. Честно признать, номера оказались немного странными. Кондиционер не работал, а кровати оказались немного жесткими, из-за этого ночью было не удобно спать. Несмотря на мои не однократные просьбы, данные проблемы так и не исправили. Персонал , в целом оказался бесполезным. Единственным исключением я считаю спа-салон, где работали отличные сотрудники. Рядом с отеле расположен небольшой пляж, где я прияно проводил время. Большинство номеров расположены с видом на дорогу, либо строительную площадку.
