Место действительно неплохое, до всех главных достопримечательностей можно дойти пешком. Комнаты были довольно большие, очень чистые, в номере тихо. Тренажёрный зал стал приятным бонусом, хоть я так и не смог им воспользоваться. В общем, славный обычный отель для городских поездок, но это не 4 звезды.

Очень тесный вход. Большую часть времени в коридоре стоял ужасный запах, слава Богу, он не чувствовался в номерах. Кондиционирование воздуха не впечатлило, так что в комнатах было немного жарко и душно. Отель больше походит на 3-х, чем на 4-х звёздочный, но в целом, мы удовлетворены нашим пребыванием.

Мы приехали со своим годовалым ребенком. Поселились в двухместном номере с детской кроваткой. Персонал все время был приветлив. Администраторы говорили по английский и всегда готовы помочь. В отеле действует спецпредложение на завтрак за 9 евро, что очень хорошо. В номерах нет холодильника, поэтому негде хранит такие продукты, как молоко. К сожалению, в номере было шумно. Отель расположе рядом со станцией метро Plaza De Espana. До основных достопримечательностей Мадрида можно дойти пешком.
