отель чистый, но в двухместном номере только один стол, так что приходится сидеть на кровати.

странно, я отправлял им 2 письма, но не на оно они мне не ответили. Когда я въехал. Мне дали счет за ругой номер и трансфер бесплатный только в выходные, это нигде не указано.

Отличное расположение, ужасный дизайн. Прекрасное место чтобы посетить Мадрид. Но вас удивит, о чем думали дизайнеры номеров. Нам понравилось, что в номере был лэптоп. Прикроватные столики слишком низкие, они почти на полу. Между спальней и ванной стеклянная стена, если кто-нибудь ночью идет в туалет, то в спальне тоже светло. Стеклянная дверь в душевой кабине без защелки. Почти на всем в ванной есть грибок. Оборудование в ванной изношенное. Пятна на оранжевом кресле в спальне. Никогда больше здесь не остановлюсь.

Мне понравилось, что процесс въезда занял у меня не более 10 минут. Отель расположен вокруг красивого озеря. Здесь было многолюдно, т.к. отель расположен в старой части города. Сюда не легко добираться, если вы отдыхаете на машине. Парковка - проблема, у отеля ее нет. Отмечу работу персонала, который помог нам выгрузить свой багаж. В ресторане предоставляется хорошая кухня, с различным выбором меню и блюд. Наш номер был чистым и комфортным, с видом на озеро и близлижайшие деревне. Процесс регисрации занял не так много времени, как ожидалось. Один из минусов - плохое информирование сотрудниками отеля своих посетителей.
