Обслуживание было отличным. Когда в нашей квартире были проблемы (частые поездки и никакой горячей воды после 10 вечера), сотрудники отправили техника посмотреть что к чему. Поскольку проблема с поездками займет больше, чем в день, чтобы быть устраненной, сотрудники переселили нас 3-х комнатную квартиру без дополнительной оплаты. Персонал также помог нам в уведомлении маршрутов на мероприятия, которые подходили для нашей возрастной группы в Мадриде. Мы были воодушевлены качеством обслуживания. Квартира была хорошо укомплектована с кухонными принадлежностями и туалетными принадлежностями. Мы всегда могли попросить персонал пополнить туалетные принадлежности и полотенца, если потребуется. Локация квартиры была также идеальной, до станции метро Бильбао (2 остановки от Gran Via, в 3 остановках от Солнца) меньше, чем 5 минут. Супермаркет Carrefour был также приблизительно в 5-10 минутах ходьбы от квартиры. Есть также много баров и ресторанов в округе.

Горячая вода для душа колеблется иногда, особенно, если другой человек использует воду в то же время. Хотя мы понимаем, что это не зависит от персонала, но это распространено в Мадриде, мы предпочли бы постоянную горячую воду для душа, как и в других гостиницах в Испании. Было бы хорошо, если вода кухонной раковины также нагревалась в 3-х комнатных квартирах, особенно холодной зимой! У нас была горячая вода, но она работает в 2-комнатных квартирах.

Кондиционер в номере работал исправно. По утрам у меня в комнатах было солнечно.

На территории гостиницы нет автомобильной стоянки.

Нашу компанию встретили в аэропорту и отвезли в гостиницу. Регистрация прошла быстро и без проблем. Мы быстро разложили все свои вещи и спустились в ресторан поужинать. Там практически никого не было, и это учитывая то, что было воскресенье. В нашем номере была стиральная машина, которая очень пригодилась. Посудомоечная машина тоже была весьма кстати, так как мы частенько обедали в номере.
