Check-in and check-out on weekends and public holidays also have an extra charge of EUR 30. Once a booking has been made, the property manager will contact the guest directly to provide the address and key collection details. A damage deposit of EUR 400 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
