The security deposit is fully refundable within 2 weeks after check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. There is an extra cleaning fee of EUR 53.46 for guests staying less than 14 days. A usage deposit is required with the booking, and any usage is deducted from this and the balance returned. A 30% deposit (of the total, including damage/usage deposits) is required upon booking and the balance must be paid 60 days before arrival, or the full amount immediately if within that period. After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to collect keys, will be emailed to you. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
