Расположение, вид, спа и спортзал.

Обслуживание номеров было плохое. Я трижды звонила и никто не взял трубку. Тогда я позвонила на ресепшин. Оттуда по моей просьбе позвонили обслуживанию, но и тогда там не ответили. В конце концов, нам перестали отвечать и на ресепшине. Так что моему парню пришлось спуститься самому на ресепшин и там сказали, что портье перестал брать трубку, поскольку обслуживание в номера – не его дело. Так что мы так и не смогли заказать еду в номер. Через 10 минут к нам постучал парень и сказал, что готов принять наш заказ. Более ужасный сервис сложно найти.
