On check-in all mandatory extra costs have to be paid and the property will block a security deposit of 250 EUR on the guest's credit card that will be released after departure. Keys have to be returned after stay in the office before 10 am. Towels and bed-linen are not included but can be rent after prior request (bedlinen 10 EUR per person and towels 5 EUR per person). Pets have an extra fee of 25 EUR per stay. A damage deposit of EUR 250 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
