Guests are kindly requested to check in and collect keys at the main office at Apartamentos Haus am Meer, at the following address: venida Diputación, 46. The office is located 600 metres from the apartment. Please note that a damages deposit of EUR 250, paid by credit card, will be charged on arrival. This will be refunded within 48 hours, following a damage inspection. Towels and bed linen are changed once per week. The swimming pool is open from 22 June to 15 September. Please note that the apartment is located on the third floor in a building without a lift. Between 1st April and 30 September check in between 20:00 and 22:00 carries a surcharge of EUR 50. Late check-in is not possible between 1st November and 30 March. Please note, on Sundays check-in takes place from 16:00 to 18:00. A security deposit of EUR 250 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
