Номер был красивый и комфортабельный. На чистоту пожаловаться не могу. Расположен рядом с метро.

Во-первых, место расположения. Отель находится в странноватом районе Барселоны. Повсюду только гаражи и автомастерские. По ночам шумно, особенно на выходных. Везде воняет мочой. Завтрак не соответствует свое цене. Хотя в номере есть бесплатный интернет, он не всегда работает. Если хотите воспользоваться интернетом на ресепшене, то нужно платить. Я заплатил 10 евро за 10 минут (хотя сказали, что 1 минута стоит 0,5 евро). Сотрудники ресепшена - грубияны, за целый день мне никто не улыбнулся! Хотя мы приехали в 13:30, до 15:00 наш номер никто не подготавливал. Такое было с нами впервые.

С туристической точки зрения, отель расположен не совсем удобно. Однако благодаря этому мы получили возможность наслаждаться первоклассным сервисом за весьма умеренную плату. Разумеется, чтобы добраться куда-либо, приходилось пользоваться метро, но мы ничуть не возражали. Отдельно хочется отметить скорость и качество бесплатного Wi-Fi. Прекрасный отель.

Мне нравится уровень обслуживания в этом месте. Весь персонал работает профессионально и активно. На ресепшене один из сотрудников забронировал нам столик в ресторане, помог распечатать посадочные талоны на самолет, организовал трансфер до аэропорта и помогал в разговорах с горничными. Всем туристам рекомендую обратить внимание на это место.
