Персонал обеспечил мне доступ к WI-FI только после того, как я сказал им, что в рекламе отеля указан бесплатный доступ. На самом деле это было неправдой, но они поняли, что их отелья выбрал именно по этой причине.

Мы вынуждены были поменять номер, потому что с начала нас поселили в номер с двумя сдвинутыми двуспальными кроватями (я просил двуспальную кровать в двухместном номере) и кроме этого, там было слишком шумно. Стен как будто не существует! Мы слышали абсолютно все! Администратор отнесся с пониманием к нашей просьбе, и нас переселили в супружеский люкс. Наш номер был единственным на всем этаже, и мы наслаждались тишиной. И очень странно, что такой небольшой отель не имеет свободного доступа к WI-FI.

Hotel Medicis is 5 minutes’ walk from Sant Pau Metro Station, allowing you to reach central Barcelona in around 10 minutes. There is Wi-Fi access and a rooftop sun terrace.

The Medicis Hotel is chic and functional, and offers reasonably priced accommodation in a good location. All air-conditioned rooms have satellite TV and a safe. The private bathroom is equipped with a hairdryer.

Just next to the hotel is one of Barcelona’s emblematic Art Nouveau buildings, the Sant Pau Hospital, designed by Domènech i Montaner. From here it is a 10-minute walk down Avinguda de Gaudí to The Sagrada Família. You can stop for a coffee, or a meal, in one of the many café-restaurants that line this avenue.
