Есть комнатки на 1 человека. Тяжело найти номер на одного человека и так, чтобы это не была бы комната на 10 человек

Очень маленький метраж, туалет и ванна общие, окна нет, вернее оно есть, но в колодец.

близко метро и вокзал. чисто. мы два раза снимали комнату с 2 кроватями с туалетом в коридоре, на 2 дня и на 3 дня. на 2а дня нам дали маленькую комнатку на 2м (1м) этаже с окном на лестницу, на 3и дня нам дали небольшую комнату с красивым эркером и водой(кран) в комнате. в октябре соседей мало, их почти не слышно, туалет всегда свободен.

нет лифта, нет холодильника, нет чайника
