Красиво обставлен, просторный, удобный и хорошо оборудованный. Очень легко расслабиться. Хорошее расположение, если вам нравятся дизайнерские магазины. До станции метро можно добраться меньше чем за 10 минут, хотя довольно далеко от центра города. Старомодный лифт прекрасный и добавляет характер и очарование апартаментам.
