Отличный отель, роскошные номера и люксы, идеальное положение в нескольких минутах ходьбы от центра города. Мы возвратились после 14 лет здесь стало ещё лучше, чем было раньше. Лучший отель для туристов.

Ничего негативного, все работало отлично.

Отель выглядит хорошо, но номера, в которых мы остановились, не соответствуют качеству 4*. Я платил меньше за 3-звездочные отели с номерами большего размера и с лучшим обслуживанием. Номер чистый. Ресепшн очень хороший. Расположение отличное, много магазинов и ресторанов рядом, легко добраться пешком до центральной площади.

Номер с односпальными кроватями, в котором я проживал, был небольшим. Я попросил две односпальные кровати, которые и получил, но они были размещены бок о бок и получилась одна большая кровать (которую я не хотел). Было небольшое пространство по обе стороны от кровати, чтобы зайти и выйти (представьте какая узкая по ширине комната). В первом номере, в котором мы были, не было горячей воды и душа (только ванна). Я попросил переселить нас в другой номер, в котором нас охотно разместили и принесли извинения за причиненные неудобства. Номер рядом с нашим был на ремонте. Дверь была открыта настежь, мы могли наблюдать беспорядок, который там происходит. Окна приходилось открывать настежь, из-за сквозняков мусор падал на пол. Пахло свежей краской, запах слышно было в нашем номере. Официанты в небольшой столовой ближайшего входа были не очень хорошие и какие-то раздражительные. (они вообще не были заняты, возможно, потому что было мало посетителей). Я не почувствовал, что я проживал в 4-звездочном отеле.

Месторасположение и хорошая еда

Я останавливался здесь всего на одну ночь. От аэропорта добраться до отеля не составляет никакого труда. Здесь достаточно много удобств, и в особенности разнообразная еда, которая, к тому же, по приемлемой цене. Если вы хотите побывать в центре города, то этот отель – лучшее место.

Потрясающее место. Не пять звезд, конечно, но очень близко к тому. Центр Барселоны, рядом с Лас Рамблос и площадью Каталония. В пятидесяти метрах отсюда находится станция метро, но чаще всего нам нужна была третья линия, поэтому к нужной станции метро мы шли десять минут.

Мишлен - прекрасный сотрудник на рецепции, который помог нам с выбором ресторанов.

Неэффективный душ, после приема которого весь пол в ванной становится грязным.
