When collecting the apartment keys, guests will be required to pay 200 EUR deposit which will be refunded at the end of their stay once the property has been checked for damages. Check-in takes place at 3 Avenida Juan Fuster Zaragoza, Edificio Acuarium II. Check-in outside office opening hours takes place at Hotel Dynastic, Avda. L´Ametlla de Mar 15. Please note that this office is only responsible for the handover of keys and no other matter related to the apartments. Guests who wish to check out outside office hours must inform the office in advance and make arrangements for the electronic transfer of the deposit (payment of the deposit by credit card is preferred). Please note, under no circumstances will deposit money be returned before the end of stay. Please note that the swimming pool is only open in summer. All apartments are cleaned for arrival and and once again on departure. A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
