Magaliesberg Mountain Lodge is located high in the Magaliesberg mountains, with breathtaking views of the Hartbeespoort dam. We offer an unbelievable outdoor-experience holiday for you, your friends and your family. Magaliesberg Mountain Lodge has three bedrooms and can accommodate a maximum of eight people at a time. The upstairs bedroom has a queen-size bed and a single bed, with an en-suite bathroom consisting of a toilet, bath and his and hers basins. the first bedroom downstairs has a queen-size bed, and the other has a queen-size bed and one single bed. These two rooms share a separate bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped for self catering, with all crockery and cutlery, a four-plate gas stove (no oven), large fridge, a toaster, microwave, electric kettle and washing machine. Our lodge has a fantastic swimming pool, large lapa and outdoor furniture, open fire cooking, pond and water features, snooker table, table tennis and darts. There is also a Jacuzzi available for use with prior arrangement at additional cost per use. The house is cleaned daily by domestic workers who live nearby. Stepped track allows for pleasant hike to the top of the mountain and the lodge is situated within a group of de-fenced farms allowing game to move freely across an 800 Hectare area. Please note that as the lodge is situated fairly high in the mountains, the road is rocky in a few places so not suitable for vehicles that have a low clearance! Property is ideal for families and outdoor enthusiasts, including cyclists with our well known mountain biking trails in the area. A hiking trail to the famous Castle Gorge, with rock pools and waterfalls, starts close to the lodge.
