Я доволен отелем, номер был фантастическим, и вид на горы превосходным. Мне понравился доброжелательный персонал и расположение , всего в 20 минутах езды от аэропорта. Окружающие магазины, подземная парковка и кафе сделали отдых легким и приятным. Шведский стол был очень хорош, и вид на океан с террасы был восхитительным.

Размеры номеров.

Телефон не работает, поэтому я каждый раз, когда мне было что-то нужно, должен был спускаться вниз. Нет прачечной, и в номере отсутствовал пульт дистанционного управления – персонал его унес. И только на следующий день, после того, как я сходил три раза и сообщил о пульте и телефоне, они его принесли! Также они обещали исправить телефон, но пока я не уехал, никто так и не пришел и ничего не объяснил. Я попросил, чтобы персонал передал менеджеру, и он мне позвонил, но звонка я так и не дождался. Я больше никогда не воспользуюсь услугами этого отеля, и призываю всех этого не делать!

Хорошие номера, вкусный завтрак, удобное расположение в Sea Point - всего в пре минут ходьбы от пляжа и в минуте ходьбы от автобусной остановки, с которой можно доехать до Cape Town. Сотрудники ресепшена - большие профессионалы, они помогли нам вместить в 5 дней максимальное количество экскурсий, прогулок по достопримечательностям и других мероприятий.

Размеры номеров.

Телефон не работает, поэтому я каждый раз, когда мне было что-то нужно, должен был спускаться вниз. Нет прачечной, и в номере отсутствовал пульт дистанционного управления – персонал его унес.
