Удобное месторасположение, рядом станция метро (прокатили ребенка), остановка общественного транспорта (хотя мы и были на машине), недалеко от центра города.

Нет своей парковки, хотя поблизости есть несколько платных 80-100 руб в сутки, где мы и оставляли свой автомобиль.

Отель соответствует европейскому уровню 3 звезды, для командировки отлично подошел.

На сайте выбрал номер для курящих, в отеле сказали, что в номере курить запрещено. Завтрак слабоват.

адекватная цена. близость к метро "ботаническая". тихий район. благожелательное отношение администраторов. ненавязчивый сервис.

номер был с двумя кроватями, а просили с одной большой. нестабильная работа WiFi. плохое состояние сантехники: в унитазе подтекала вода, в душе плохой слив - за пять минут в поддоне набирается 5 см воды. формально курить в номере запрещено, однако наш номер был прокурен и были прожжены покрывала на кроватях - до нас курили. оплата только наличными.

в душе вода не проходит!завтрак ужасный из полуфабрикатов!кофе растворимый!за отдельную плату только бутерброд с колбасой!телик старый с одним каналом!халат и тапочки за отдельную плату!из косметики мыло и шампунь!

Удобное месторасположение, рядом станция метро (прокатили ребенка), остановка общественного транспорта (хотя мы и были на машине), недалеко от центра города.
