1.не были зарезервированы места в самой гостинице
2.окно в номере не закрывалось
3.старая кровать с проваливающейся сеткой
4.под дверью щель шириной 4-7см, из-за которой сквозняк и очень хорошая слышимость всего, что в коридоре
5.сломанный телевизор
6.отсутствие в номере посуды (чайных чашек) и чайника
7.несоответствие качества номера и цены

You can take a walk and explore the neighbourhood area of the hotel — Ekaterinburg Theater of Opera and Ballet, Yekaterinburg Zoo and Dendrological Park.
