Останавливаемся в этом отеле всегда. Нас, казалось бы, уже ничем не удивить. Но в этот раз у персонала отеля это снова получилось. Представьте: наш заезд, как обычно, в субботу. Идем обедать. В ресторане вечером банкет (свадьба!), на нашу просьбу оставить нам на вечер наш любимый десерт, официантка с сожалением говорит, что сегодня вообще ничего из десертов делать не будут - не успевают. Ну ладно, мы понимаем. Идем в номер. И вдруг слышим - бежит за нами девушка и кричит - "Для вас сегодня специально сделают несколько порций"! Вот это отношение к гостям! Спасибо!

Очень удачное месторасположение! Сервис, уборка, отношение, ресторан -все очень понравилось. Для ребенка 1 годик бесплатно предложили детскую кроватку и полотенце.

В ресторане официант оставил не лучшие воспоминания.

Останавливаемся только в этом отеле, когда едем в Тверь. Все очень приятно и комфортно. Отличные номера. Очень нравится кухня в ресторане. Центр города - все рядом.

Современность, расположение и чистота.

В номере для новобрачных все дорого, установлено две отдельные проводил. Проблемы с работой лифта, поэтому для некоторых это можем иметь дополнительные последствия.
