Месторасположение, цена, достаточная чистота номеров.

Маленькая внутренняя/закрытая парковка (не достаточно машиномест в соотношении номеров), недостаточная оперативность решения вопросов (трудно найти администратора на ресепшен), бронь номеров не соответствует реальности по сайту: 1) отсутствие WiFi во-втором корпусе, 2) отсутствие приток/вытяжки (циркуляции воздуха) в номерах без окон, 3) не прогрет номер и вода в ванной комнате, 4) отсутствие коврика в душе. ( недостатки выборочны, т. к. за двое суток пришлось сменить три номера).

Отсутствие сотрудников за стойкой администрации. Приходится искать. Прохладная вода
