все понравилось. цена, конечно,высоковата! плюс безусловный -собственный пляж. сервис на высоком уровне, что для сочи не всегда характерно, но здесь держат марку! отличные завтраки. хорошо обслуживают в барах и ресторанах.

на массаж практически невозможно записасться -все расписано... явно не хватает кабинетов. с утюгами проблема...

1. невкусная кухня, долгое обслуживание в номера 2. частично очень старая мебель 3. все ОЧЕНЬ дорого, например, стакан обычного томатного сока - 200 руб!! 4. после завтрака долго было плохо - видимо не свежие продукты

то как решаются проблемы, при условии если они вообще возникают! останавливаюсь больше 10-ти лет ! приятно когда просто держится марка и нет сюрпризов! молодцы! спасибо всему персоналу за отдых!!!

пока, еще хромает кухня в ресторанах. исключение составляет завтрак - он потрясающий!!!
