Удобное месторасположение: море-5-7 мин ходьбы, магазины "Магнит","Перекрёсток", автобусная остановка-всё под боком. Кафе на 1-ом этаже, недорого. Удобно и уютно за адекватную цену в центре Сочи. До ж/д вокзала-30 мин. пешком. Понравилось всё.

Плитка для приготовления пищи неудобная, обещали поменять.

Очень много,планировка мебели соотносилась с интерьером комнаты,не было не чего не слышно....ОЧЕНЬ хорошо располагается от моря в 5-7 минутах от моря....красивый район рядом находится всё что нужно магазин ресторан,, парк , море.....
