На booking.com найти отель дешевле не предоставляется возможным. Есть прачечная, можно постирать свое белье за не очень дорогую сумму. Персонал говорит на английском.

Честно говоря особых минусов нет. До черного моря - 3км, и это даже для меня было большим расстоянием, с учетом того, что я любитель походить. Приходилось заказывать такси,а это дополнительные затраты.
