Плохая звукоизоляция стен, очень сильный шум от движения транспота и невозможность кофортного сна. Номер был заказан и оплачен за 3-х, а мыло и шампунь прдоставлены на 2-х. При выдаче кльчей не выдали пульты от кондиционеров и не предупредили, что их можно получить на рецепшен несмотря на очень жаркий период времени. Не предупредили, что на мойку авто необходимо записываться заблаговременно.

Спасибо большое, всё было очень хорошо. Ваш отель уровня европейских отелей и даже лучше многих отелей , например в Польше.
