Ничего! Вход через подъезд, ремонт только в номерах, вид из моего окна на жуткий внутренний двор, в ванной одна плитка на полу была лопнувшая. Персонал пытался развести на регистрацию, когда поняли что я ухожу (а я заказывал лучший номер), быстро подсуетились и оказалось что регистрация не так уж и нужна

Понравилось все. Без исключений. Советую всем. Очень уютно. В центре города. Не далеко от жд вокзала 5 мин на троллейбусе или маршрутке. До ост. Цирк. Находится на пешеходном проспекте Кирова. Вибирал по соотношению цена/качество.

Расположение на пешеходной центральной улице, вход через ресторан.

Нет кондиционера, в жару будет нереально там спать, тем более в номерах в мансарде. Нет парковки.

Понравилось расположение - в центре города, на пешеходной улице. Просторный номер с набором всего необходимого, включая тапочки и халат.

В номере было душно, имевшийся кондиционер не работал (был не подключен?).

в этом отеле останавливались второй раз. отель расположен в самом центре города, на очень красивом пешеходном проспекте. персонал в отеле квалифицированный, внимательный. комнаты достаточно большие.

Персонал, расположение отеля, номера.

На странице отеля указано наличие кондиционера в номерах эконом-класса, в отеле же данные номера без кондиционера, поэтому пришлось мучиться (температура была под 40 градусов), так как других номеров в наличии не было.

удобное месторасположение,доброжелательный внимательный персонал,чистота. к сожалению была всего сутки и не успела воспользоваться всеми возможными услугами.но с возникшими у меня проблемами дежурные администраторы помогли мне справиться

очень хорошее расположение - прямо в центре города. большие просторные современные номера.

вход в гостиницу - через кафе. это неудобно и не видно вывески отеля. останавливалась в командировке на один день, утром не было горячей воды из-за аварии. дали через 45 мин. опоздала на работу на час. нет никаких гарантий, что в следующий раз такого не произойдет, хотя отель заявляется с автономным водоснабжением. завтрак скудноват.
