расположение отеля в старой части города, в двух кварталах от набережной волги, место расположения очень тихое, уютное, удобно добираться, автобусы, такси, метро, правда, рядом нет. внимательный персонал, вежливые и обходительные,

нет возможности расчитаться карточкой за услуги отеля - существенный минус, не работал ресторан в отеле поэтому в 8 утра завтрак приносили в номер и содержимое его было скорее похоже на обед а не на завтрак, нет кондиционера в номере, и не было в душе шампуни и всего что там должно было быть, только мыло и полотенца, нет в ванной фена

Тихо, чисто, уютно, аккуратно, вежливо

Мелкая течь воды из душевой кабины на пол во время мытья. Не за себя обидно, для меня это незаметная мелочь, за ваш имидж - отличный в отношении цены и качества.

шум персонал, отсутствие туалетных принадлежностей, ремонт на этаже, отсутствие дневной уборки во-время моего не прибывания в номере; затхлый воздух в номере; неудобная кровать, шум холодильника,т.к. как он вмонтирован в непонятный каркас; отвратительная сантехника......
