Доброжелательный, вежливый персонал, везде очень чисто.Номер нам показался просторный,хоть мы и брали эконом вариант. На кухне есть все необходимое: столовые приборы, микроволновка, холодильник. Были также коробки с чаем.Очень понравилось оформление отеля. Расположение замечательное, рядом остановка троллейбусов и автобуса до центра. Пешком до Невского тоже недалеко, около 15-20 мин.

Была божественная чистота! Сотрудники были весьма полезны, они разговаривали на английском языке, вежливые и очень надежные.
