Завораживающий вид из окна на Исакивский собор.

Неоправданно высокая стоимость завтрака! В 7 мин. ходьбы в ресторане Graf-in на Конногвардейском бульваре с 10 до 12 утра предлагают прекрасные домашние завтраки. За обильный завтрак на троих заплатили 1000 руб.

Decor de la chambre: de tres bon gout, pas ostentatoire, authentique. Qualite de la literie. Qualite du service (Champagne (Russe malheureusement!) offert).

Pas de chaine TV francaise (meme pas TV5!). En revanche, 3 chaines allemandes, 2 chaines italiennes, 1 chaine espagnole... La France serait-elle devenue un pays de seconde zone! Mauvaise qualite reception TV. TV sans possibilite d'ecouter la radio. Pas de radio dans la Salle de Bains. Aeration Salle de Bains insuffisante (importante buee apres usage de la Salle de Bains). Couloir d'acces aux chambres un peu triste.

Очень любезный персонал на ресепшен и в ресторане на ужине. Очень хороший отель.

Единственное замечание я бы сделала обслуживающему персоналу в лоунж кафе. Очень медлительные и нелюбезные.

Хорошее расположение.

Первая спальня была удручающе малой, а кровать "King Size" была ничем иным, как двумя односпальными кроватями, сдвинутыми вместе. Мы тут же попросили нас переселить, а персонал мгновенно дал нам ключи от более просторного номера с лучшим видом. Мы были зимой, поэтому существовали некоторые проблемы с отоплением, но, в целом, это был хороший отель.
