рядом нет ни одного магазина...но это видимо всеобщая проблема центра санкт-петербурга

Прекрасное расположение,в отеле работают очень вежливые сотрудники. Номер был очень просторный, уютный и тихий хотя мы отдыхали в высокий сезон.По соотношению цена-качество мы остались довольны.

Замечательно оборудованные комнаты.

Однажды прекрасно оборудовав комнаты, что до сих пор не иссякло, хозяева и администрация отеля на том и почивают, забывая о текущих и насущных потребностях посетителей: (а) Завтраки скудны, более того вам может и не достаться та единственная докторская колбаса, так как если до вас её съедят, то никто уж тарелку на "шведском" столе более не наполнит... Вам повезёт, если вдруг в ваш приезд будут, например, китайцы. Отдавая вечное должное заморскому, на столе, возможно, появиться чуть-чуть больше, но тогда уж не зевайте ... (б) персонал смурной... Не удивляйтесь, если компьютерная программа будет давать сбой, когда вам будут выписывать счёт, например, за еду в ресторане. Программа, возможно, будет ошибаться не в вашу пользу процентов на 40. В общем, создаётся странное впечатление, не типичное для отеля, если бы он был обычным: похоже, что отель этот создан не для посетителей, а для каких-то приезжающих своих, а посетители занимают комнаты в межсезонье.
