Однозначный плюс - месторасположение и доброжелательный персонал. Тихий дворик и если в доме никто ничего не празднует, то все хорошо. Большой холодильник, электрочайник

Кухня и санузел тесные, нет сушилки для белья. Тонкие перегородки, слышимость соответствующая. Как итог - за эту цену приемлемо. Идеально для молодежи, желающей допоздна гулять в центре и заснуть потом крепким молодым сном, не обращая внимания на соседей.
