Location is great. Quiet but close to city center and major amenities. Staff is also quite friendly, flexible and helpful. In the room there are an electric tea kettle, tea bags and free bottled water, which is nice to have in a room. And we were there on a holiday, so the staff gave us a gift of a champagne bottle, which is also very thoughtful. Breakfasts are in general good - and made to your taste and choice; it's also nice that you get served during breakfasts.

Hôtel bien situé, au bord du canal de la Moïka, proche de la perspective Neski et du musée de l'Ermitage. Chambre spacieuse et lit très confortable, climatisation efficace. Personnel serviable.

Ottima posizione, comodità del letto matrimoniale (non due materassi singoli uniti come ormai di prassi in quasi tutte le strutture alberghiere anche di medio alta categoria) e colazione (a pagamento, ma comunque ad un prezzo competitivo rispetto alle pessime colazioni servite in molti caffè del centro). Pulizia e tranquillità dell'hotel.

Calm yet very centrally located hotel. Felt like a family run hotel, with friendly honest people. Clean standard rooms with free wi-fi. Did not eat in the hotel but they offer both breakfast and dinner in their restaurant. Can recommend this hotel.
