Демократичная цена, удобно, что есть кухня и большой балкон. Без труда размещается 5 человек. Хоршее расположение между двумя станциями метро. Рядом в 10 минух хотьбы есть много кафе и круглосуточных магазинов в сторону метро Технологический институт. А в сторону Балтийского вокзала есть гипермаркет Лента. В апартаментах евроремонт.

Проблемы с сантехникой, кран в душевой кабине подтекает, вода постоянно меняется, нужно уже подремонтировать.
