Просто отель. Ничего выразительного. Цена немного завышена. 5 минут быстрым шагом до метро Обводный канал. Брал этот отель, т.к. рядом проходила конференция. Из-за нее в Питер и приехал.

Не первый раз сталкиваюсь, что нужно ждать по 20 минут пока потечет горячая вода. Может в Питере в принципе у многих такая проблема. Полуторная кровать по запросу - это две односпальные.

Номер был "эконом".Очень хорошо для "эконома". Места достаточно, тв, душ, туалет - все есть.Удобно расположен.Приветливый персонал.

Запах канализации в некоторых местах.

отсутствие кондиционера, очень шумно, однообразные завтраки. знакомым рекомендовать не стала бы.

Понравилась компетентность и доброжелательность работниц ресепшен, хорошая обстановка и чистота в номере, близость отеля к метро, а также наличие сауны и ресторана в отеле.

Мне повезло получить номер с балконом, выходящим на тихую улицу. Хотя комната была маленькая, она была хорошо обставлена и чистая, то же самое можно сказать и о ванной с банным халатом и феном. Персонал был очень приветлив и всегда был готов помочь при необходимости. Расположение отеля - удачное, рядом с метро и центром города. В отеле есть ресторан с разумными ценами и вкусной кухней. Очень рекомендую!
