Недорого, но прилично. Хитрое расположение - близко от М4, не далеко от центра Ростова. Вежливый персонал. Автостоянка на огороженной территории. Если приехать поздно, места для машины может не хватить, но снаружи всё под камерами. Круглосуточная столовая. Удобно для курящих - на улице, но рядом. Называется "Отель-баня", в бане не был.

"Завтрак входит в стоимость" правильно назвать "чай с бутербродом".

Мало пешеходных зон в этом районе.

1. Исключительное доверие службы размещения отеля: прямо с сайта без каких либо условий и предоплат забронировал номер. 2. Приятный и доброжелательный персонал. 3. Чистый и уютный номер. 4. Кондиционер, телевизор, удобные кровати; конечно, свежее белье и даже одноразовые тапочки. 5. При высоком уровне сервиса, стоимость размещения, не дороже, чем в любом другом отеле. 6. Тихий район.

1. Перебои с работой WiFi. 2. Завтраки скромные.
