Не большой (как на фото, прям Эрмитаж настоящий), обычный, удобный отель, с уютным номером.

Не могу сказать, что персонал лучился искренними улыбками и наперебой бежали, чтобы помочь что то сделать, все таки 4 * , а он не тянет на такую категорию. Просто убил завтрак, я гостила там 8 дней и все эти дни было одно и тоже! Питание не плохое, но однообразное!

отель очень понравился: уютный чистый номер, приветливый персонал, хороший завтрак, неожиданно вкусные блюда в ресторане. самое приятное - заселили сразу по приезду, не дожидаясь 14-00.

Отлично! 10 минут пешком до Садовой и других центральных улиц, из окна вид на Дон и Ворошиловский мост. В номерах приятная обстановка. Персонал вежливый и услужливый. Хорошие завтраки. В отеле много иностранцев, приехавших по делам.

Кондиционер почему-то жужжал, но не охлаждал, но при открытом окне ветер с Дона компенсировал слабо работающий кондиционер.

удобное место расположение.

звездность не соответствует, max 2. причины: первое, вода нестабильно идет, то холодная, то горячая. второе, мелочное отношение клиентам, распечатать страницу - 50р. третье, мебель или раслоилась от влаги и старости, или рассыпается ( пример: стул рассохся, полочка в ванной раслоилась, ручки в ванной вываливаются).

Несоответствие некоторых опций номера задекларированных на данном сайте. Нужно всё уточнять.

чисто, доброжелательный и отзывчивый персонал, много каналов телевидения

по утрам были проблемы с горячей водой, после 11-ти все налаживалось. на двуспальной кровати лежало два отдельных матраса-вдвоем спать не очень удобно.

Мне понравилось в отеле, нет суеты, все очень чисто тихо и уютно, как раз для отдыха, уставшему с дороги человеку. Красивый дизайн, чистый номер, чистая постель. Понравился завтрак, я бы добавила в него еще кашу геркулесь или рисовую по выбору. Можно в номер добавить тапочки :-) Персонал приветливый. Благодаря сайту booking.ru и откликам смогла выбрать желательный для меня отель.

нет тапочек, на завтрак хочется кашу овсянную или рисовую :-)

Добрый и отзывчивый персонал.

Отель не тянет на 4 заявленные звезды, твёрдые 3 звезды. Завтрак "шведский стол" очень слабенький.
