Удобное месторасположение, хорошие завтраки, бесплатный wi-fi. Останавливались на выходные, поэтому воспользоваться другими услугами просто не было времени, так как в основном гуляли по городу.

Особых минусов нет.

отличный отель в центре города, прямо около Кремля. для туристов самое оно. очень хороший персонал, чистота везде. Есть бассейн и сауна, есть боулинг (для гостей скидка 15 процентов)

слабоваты завтраки. завтрак заявлен с 7-11, мы просыпались в 10 и приходили в ресторан к 10-15 и уже было процентов 40 от всей еды ( не было сосисок напрмер, сырников, блинов и много чего еще, тарелки пустые были). в Европе все время пополняют.....

Очень приветливый персонал. Все вопросы решаются быстро и легко. И даже изобретательно, что однозначно большой плюс. Буквально все понимают с полуслова. Очень понравилась сауна + бассейн, очень рекомендую массажистку Галину - приятное общение и релакс вам гарантированы. Сауны раздельные, бассейн общий.

Отель неплохо расположен по отношению к центру города, хороший вид на Волгу, хорошие завтраки

Во время утреннего умывания прекратилась подача холодной воды, пришлость ждать пока отремонтировали.

The volga river view from my room was pretty cool and I found the hotel staff very considerate, helpfull and polite and also when I asked for an orthopedic pillow they brought it right away... so I had a very good sleep. The breakfast buffet was assorted with fresh ingredients and awesome russian bakery, should I mention that I beat my Russian partner Igor at the bowling alley ...! I recommend this cute boutique hotel to everyone who visits Nizhny Novgorod. Very clean and well managed hotel. thumbs up.

In fact there is nothing negative to say about the hotel since the front office staff and housekeeping was so helpful and they all deserve an A+

Good value hotel with excellent staff and facilities.

There was a whistling sound coming from the Air Con unit that continued all night and was very annoying.

Lovely views, food was good. Clean and comfortable

Restaurant staff spoke no english, food served in wrong order, my family served meal whilst I had to wait 30 minutes later for mine, all ordered at same time. No friendlieness or smiles from staff atall. Quite reverse sour faced and made no attempt to be friendly.
