Please note that check-in and check-out from 21:00 until 23:00 and from 07:00 until 09:00 is available at RUB 500 surcharge, from 23:00 until 07:00 is available at RUB 1500 surcharge. Guests are asked to throw away trash and clean the dishes before check-out. A damage deposit of RUB 4000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
