Расположение, персонал, спальня, условия проживания вообще.

Это не совсем отель - это комната в больших апартаментах, в большом жилом доме. Плохо, что нет ресепшена (но приятный персонал это плюс), нет круглосуточного поселения и выселения, поэтому могут быть проблемы с получением ключей. Делают ксерокопию паспорта. Зачем???

Nice economical place to stay near railway station. We had a train to catch after our flight so it proved as a nice resting place. I can highly recommend this.

There is no permanent staff so that is little drawback specially if you do not have any working number there. Also they dont allow children below 5.
