отлчиное месторасположение! в 15 минутах ходьбы от красной площади, кремля и храма христа спасителя. в 2х минутах ходьбы расположена станция метро "полянка". отзывчивый персонал. в ресторане хорошая кухня.

номер бронировала стандарт одноместный, в результате предоставили холодный бизнес- класса, персонал ошибся со стоимостью бронирования где то на 10тыс. рублей, вопрос решился после длительного перепирания.

Отношение персонала. Расположение.

Не совсем понятно, почему мебель с повреждениями (царапины, сколы). В одно месте обои отклеились, в другом - следы на стенах от ранее ввернутых шурупов.

Place and staff are well. Large, clean and quiet rooms. Near Metro (Underground). The best for business but not for tourists as for me.

The window in my room did not close properly.
