Все, что понравилось мы уже отметили.

За трое суток номер ни разу не убирался. О том, что въезд в 14.00 нас заранее не предупреждали, и это нарушило наши планы. Постельное бельё очень не удобное!!!

цивильные апартаменты в самом центре москвы нареканий никаких нет очень пригодился бесплатный трансфер все в пешей доступности обстановка в апартаментах в полном порядке, есть посуда и полноценная кухня

зимой в апартаментах оказалось несколько прохладновато, но это не доставляло неудобств

Очень заботливый персонал, который встретил, разместил, долго объяснял, как побороть московские пробки. Из окна отличный вид на Новый Арбат и Москву. Тихо.

не понравилось что той квартиры в которой останавливались мы не было на фото в интернете,а были квартиры на вид уютнее,поэтому ожидали большего!!!

Апартаменты очень понравились! все оптимально и очень удобно. Уют, комфорт, хорошее местоположение, вежливое доброжелательное отношение. Огромное отдельное спасибо за бесплатный трансфер из аэропорта, а так же за разрешение продлить время выселения на несколько часов без дополнительной оплаты. Спасибо! В следующий раз выберем именно ВАС!

Great location , staff on call , airport free pick up , room much better than apartment looks from outside , wallk to all major sites and restaurants

The location was excellent for restaurants, shopping, there were two metro stations within a 5-10 minute walk, and the Kremlin and Red Square were only 20 minutes away if we decided to walk. They can also arrange for someone to take back to the airport. When I make another trip to Moscow I will probably stay in these apartments again. (Included was a washing machine, drying rack, tv/dvd, stove, toaster, and full size refrigerator)

The only negative thing I can say is that we never had our towels changed in the bathroom during our 9 day stay and were afraid they would not fully dry by the next morning. Be extra cautious about it and bring an extra just in case.
