Staff was very friendly, wanting to make sure I enjoy the stay as much as possible. Very good location Rooms were simple but quite alright for the price. Breakfast included

Room wasn't cleaned once, bed wasn't made and towell never changed.

J'ai aimé la proximité de la station de métro, la situation géographique (centre). L'accueil est charmant, et l'hôtel est très propre.

Les deux salles de bain communes, mais ça ne pose pas de problèmes.

Very kind and proffesional service. The hotel is placed very close to the Kremlin (10 minute walk) and the tube. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The toilets are big. A very good kitchen both for cooking and having breakfast, which they provide. Servicio muy atento y profesional. El hotel está muy bien ubicado, a pasos del Kremlin y del metro. Las habitaciones y los baños son amplios, limpios y cómodos. Tiene una cómoda cocina con comedor, tanto para cocinar como para tomar el desayuno que te ofrecen.
