Удобное расположение до любого метро на маршрутке 5 мин, пешком минут 15-20. Персонал вежливый, приветливый. Завтраки включены в стоимость, что удобно, так как поблизости больше негде перекусить. В целом отель хороший

За три дня ниращу не убрались и не меняли полотенца. Плохая шумоизоляция, но спасло то, что соседи были тихие.

Уютный.Чистый.Ненавязчивый сервис.Удачное местоположение для меня.

Отсутствие холодильника в номере. Полотенце для ног не обозначено. Отсутствие информации в виде краткой карты по главным достопримечательностям района и маршрутов к ним ( напр.ТЦ Москва, больница Семашко, музей такой-то, концертный зал и т.п.) Десять звездочек в оценке отеля - многовато. Мне хватит - 5.
