Не впервые останавливаюсь . На этот раз было лучше, чем в апреле. Номер аналогичного класса( комфорт студия) , но на др этаже и очень порадовал комфортом. Радует пролонгированный завтрак. И надо сказать, весьма качественный. На этот раз спасибо. Приеду опять

Живу в отеле не первый раз, удобное местоположение.

Отель в упадке. Номера маленькие и убитые. мебель старая, ковры прожженные, телевизор с кинескопом, прокуренные номера. И все это за немалые деньги. Единственный плюс это расположение, на это и рассчитывают.

персонал, убирающий номера, вполне даже ничего.

не понравилась кухня и обслуживание в ресторанах. на завтраке , почему- , появляются забронированные столики( так, "по- совковому"). думала, что сервис проституток в холлах центральных отелей уже канул " в лету". ан нет. морды и особенно утренние наряды ( золото, леопард и т. д.) мелькают и смешат, вызывая стыдливую усмешку за страну. мне за державу обидно. в номерах ( студия) явная экономия даже на матрасах. очень жесткие и неуютные .

отличный завтрак, постельное белье хорошего качества

тотальный досмотр всех вещей, в т.ч. и тяжелых чемоданов (через сканер), при этом чуть не разбили бутылку коллекционного вина! девушка на рецепшен высокомерно разговаривает с гостями отеля
