Близко от метро, номер довольно просторный и светлый, хорошая охрана

Отель расположен не в самой благоприятной части Москвы и это его самый главный минус, также не понравилась продавленная кровать и то, что с 8-9 часов зашумели пылесосы в коридоре и загремела посуда

уютная гостиница, приятные номера, все рядом

Постоянно забиты стоки в ванне и раковине, вода не проходит, горничные ужасно убирают, ванная комната вся грязная, меняют только полотенца и постель, даже пыль не вытирают, обслуживание на ресепшене ужасное, не дождешься работников, если приходят - разговаривают сквозь зубы, как будто это ты их обслуживаешь, ужас, как в советском союзе.

Очень приятно от персонала отеля слышать при встрече доброе утро и добрый вечер !

Практически нет.... низкая звукоизоляция входной двери номера.... слышно голоса людей в коридоре.....

Отличный гостиничный комплекс. Двухместный номер с доп кроватью для ребенка. При регистрации возникли проблемы с размещением детей, так как были с бабушкой и дедушкой без родителей. Но все утресли быстренько.

Жаль завтрак не включен)

Я могу сравнивать отель за всю его историю (с 1980 года) Были времена, когда я бы ничего о нём не написал... А сегодня оценка - СУПЕР!!! Хвалёные турецкие "пятизвёздки" - ОТДЫХАЮТ... Так держать!!!!!!
